Silks Class

In my opinion, there is nothing worse than when life just gives you a swift kick to the kneecap.

The last couple of weeks have been bumpy for this Femme Fatale -- and it appears the ride isn't over yet.

On top of my flat tire, I'm pretty sure I broke a toe or three on Monday. This is something that happens for me regularly -- I'm kind of a klutz and have tiny little toes with skinny brittle little bird bones, so one ill-timed bump and I have to bust out the tape. It's annoying in more that it keeps me from being at 100%, including with my workouts.
