Mastering Burpies and Ready For More!

I just weighed in for week 4 of the Power of 3. I didn't lose any inches but I didn't gain the inch back I lost off my waist last week so at least I am not backtracking. Week 3 was hard. My sister just turned 21 so we went out a couple times for dinner to celebrate. I have to admit, I slipped on my eating in order to celebrate. The workout for the Power of 3 this week was different from what we have been doing. We did some turbokick, which is always fun, and workouts on the silks and pole. It was nice to mix it up, but my arms were burning so badly when we were done.

Week 3 begins! I beat my goal of beating the number of burpies I can do in a minute. The first week I did 21, the second week I did 24, and this week I did 25!! I don’t know if I can do much better than that. My boyfriend says I can and I should continue pushing myself, even if I stay at 25 I have accomplished more than what I thought I could have. And he is right. So, I will continue doing burpies. This week I also lost an inch off my waist!! Last week my waist was 39 ½ and this week it was 38 ½. Go me.

Jessica recently decided that she was going to get her body back to a place that she wanted. She thought our Power of 3 program was just the right fit. Jessica has also decided that she wants to share her experience with other Femme Fatales in hopes to inspire them (or potential Femme Fatales) to get up-get moving and start loving the feeling of doing something for yourself.
