Pole dancing has seductive roots and is also a fun workout. Learn sultry pole movement and floor work, slinky transitions, and ways to use your heels. We will tie what you learn each class together with a short pole dance combo that will improve flow, help you find your style, confidence, and attitude with and around the pole. This class will leave you feeling like a goddess in no time.

Exotic dance heels with a sturdy strap and platform are highly encouraged but not required. Knee pads are helpful to have on hand for floor work. (60 minutes)
