Jacqueline Allen –President & CEO

After spending many years in corporate America, Jacqueline Allen found a void in her life and knew she was not alone; every woman deserves a chance to look and feel confident and love life. Determined to pursue her purpose and help women she left her cubicle to open a small fitness studio named Femme Fatale Fitness at the age of 26. Soon word got around about this little “spitfire” changing the way women saw themselves and Femme Fatale grew…quickly! Jacqueline is now the CEO of Femme Fatale LLC, a corporation aimed at helping women love themselves and live the life they were meant to lead…we give them the tools to find their Inner Femme Fatale! Jacqueline has Bachelors in Marketing and her Masters in Technology and Management and resides with her husband in Denver Colorado. Currently she tours the US certifying instructors and consultants and is in the process of opening a second Femme Fatale Fitness studio in Denver Colorado while writing a book aimed toward young women in business.

Cassandra Guard- Vice President

Cassie is many things. Too many to take up your time to read about. But she will share that with being a mother of three, a dancer but not given a dancer body, a choreographer but was not able to (due to kids) to go to New York to peruse her dreams and recently had a full hysterectomy taking all that feels feminine away from her body has pushed her to realize the Femme Fatale inside her is alive and cannot be stopped. Cassie's mission in life is to show and teach other women how to find their inner Femme Fatale. She, along with Jacqueline have created a brand that includes paths for every type of women whether it be fitness, fun "me" time, empowering certifications and an all over life motivating message. Empower yourself to be your best self...be a Femme Fatale.

Cortney Carroll- Director of Sales & Training

Cortney Carroll came to Femme Fatale Fitness as a student.  As a stay at home mother of 2 children she was looking for a way to rebuild her self confidence and get her pre baby body back.  Cortney Carroll is now the Director of Sales and Training, and an Instructor at Femme Fatale.  She became an instructor to inspire and empower the everyday woman to feel good about themselves inside and out.  Cortney has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Major in Dance from Wright State University.  She has been trained and performed professionally in musical theater, choreography, ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance.  Just a few of her professional credits include West Side Story, Damn Yankees, A Grand Holiday, Chicago, Brigadoon, Dugout Dancer for Dayton Dragons, and commercials. Cortney Carroll is excited to join the Femme Fatale Family.
